Dear Friend of Portage County,

This coming September the Portage County Fair is proudly celebrating 95 years of providing an exceptional fair experience to our county. Throughout the past several years, the board of directors and friends have invested over $500,000 to enhance the property and production. Much of this has been achieved through donations and personal sacrifice. Almost every aspect of the property has been renovated. We are proud of what we’ve achieved and enthusiastic about the future.

A decade ago the property was a mere weekend adventure. Today it thrives as one of the best venues for accommodating: Weddings • Steak Feeds • Fundraisers & Benefits • Fireworks • Picnics • Birthdays • WIAA competitions • Thresherees • School dances, Tractor pulls • Easter egg hunts • Family reunions • Enchanted forests• Ball games • Horseshoes

We are proud to serve well over 50,000 visitors each year. As the official Portage County Fair, we welcome 30,000 visitors for the Labor Day Weekend alone.

While we are proud of our accomplishments, we know how important it is to have partners. Our production is no small task, as is displayed in our final product.  We are one of the most growing fairs in the state of Wisconsin and intend to only get better. With the help of sponsors we will be able to continue to grow. We have been blessed with many great supporters in the past, but we want to make our 95th Anniversary even better.  We ask for your help to grow even more. Any support will benefit not only the people’s property, but the promotion of agriculture and the future of kids in the making of it.

Being a sponsor is easy. All you have to do is select the amount you are comfortable with and send back the sponsorship commitment by July 1st.  Our first place, some second place and higher sponsors receive recognition on eleven radio stations (NRG, Midwest, Muzzy and WDUX), web and on social media. All sponsors will receive recognition during the fair. Co-branding with the fair will not only provide advertising across many spectrums, but also provides additional acknowledgements during the entire weekend and a spot on our poster (minimum $250). We are grateful for any sponsorship and always provide VIP passes, free booths for advertising and spaces for banners or opportunities for promotional fliers or other marketing materials.
